Hi, I’m Hanna.
When women come to me at 30 and say, “I see tiny wrinkles… is this aging already?” — I usually smile.
Most early lines are not about age. They’re about tension.
We think with our head. We carry stress in our face. Every day we frown, raise one eyebrow, concentrate, smile politely, hold emotions. The muscles remember.
Very often fine lines are:
– muscle hypertonus
– reduced lymph flow
– chronic facial tension
– nervous system overload
This is why I always explain the physiology first. My background is medical. I don’t see a wrinkle as “skin problem.” I see it as a functional pattern.
You can read more about my structured approach on the [Anti-Age Face Care page].
In my studio I’ve carefully divided treatments into categories:
• Anti-Age
• Acne
• Device-Enhanced
• And separately — Facial Massage
Why separate it?
Because despite all modern technologies, manual facial massage remains the most fundamental treatment.
Your head receives constant blood supply. Your face reflects your nervous system. If muscles are tight, circulation changes. If circulation changes, skin changes.
Massage:
– relaxes hypertonic muscles
– improves lymphatic flow
– restores microcirculation
– softens mimic patterns

Facial asymmetry is normal. No one has a perfectly symmetrical face.
But sometimes one eyebrow sits lower because the muscle above it is in hypertonus. When we release that tension, the brow naturally balances. Often headaches connected to that tension improve as well.
The same principle applies to:
• bruxism prevention
• jaw tension
• forehead stiffness
When shoulders are chronically tight — often due to posture or stress — it can even influence the appearance of the chin area. Many slim women have a “double chin” not because of weight, but because the chain of tension begins in the shoulders and chest.
Body is a harmonious system. One pulls another.
Yoga, breathing practices, bodywork — they all support this chain. Facial massage is part of that system.

Massage does not freeze your face. It restores movement.
Frozen mimic patterns create static lines. Relaxed muscles move freely.
When lymph flows properly and muscles are balanced, early lines soften naturally. The face looks alive, not overcorrected.
And yes — I am absolutely a girl’s girl. I love discovering new ways to feel beautiful and cared for. But I choose every method carefully, through anatomy and physiology — not trends.
